Je ale s podivem, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina t\u011bch nejstar\u0161\u00edch c\u00edrkevn\u00edch rukopisn\u00fdch sv\u011bdk\u016f Nov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona ho nezn\u00e1. Objevuje se a\u017e v pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u0159eck\u00e9 tradici, ve Vulg\u00e1t\u011b a je tak\u00e9 \u010dasto komentov\u00e1n u latinsk\u00fdch otc\u016f jako byli Augustin, Ambro\u017e a Jeron\u00fdm A tak, kdy\u017e Tridentsk\u00fd koncil potvrdil k\u00e1non cel\u00e9 Vulg\u00e1ty, tak c\u00edrkev potvrdila i platnost tohoto textu. Je tedy tento text pouze do\u010dasn\u011b ztracen\u00e1 perla nebo to, co v n\u011bm zazn\u00edv\u00e1, bylo pro prvotn\u00ed c\u00edrkev tvrdou \u0159e\u010d\u00ed? \u0158e\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee kolikr\u00e1t m\u00e1me rad\u011bji ml\u010det ne\u017e se se bohorovn\u011b stav\u011bt do role soudce tohoto sv\u011bta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1me p\u0159ed sebou kv\u011btnou ned\u011bli a postn\u00ed doba se pomalu bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed ke konci. Ale i to, co zazn\u011blo v dne\u0161n\u00edm evangeliu, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt st\u00e1le inspirac\u00ed pro na\u0161i p\u0159\u00edpravu na velikonoce. Postn\u00ed doba se vyzna\u010duje apelem na zm\u011bnu na\u0161eho sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed, na na\u0161e obr\u00e1cen\u00ed se sm\u011brem k Bohu. A jak tedy v tomto kontextu pochopit to, co jsme dnes sly\u0161eli? Jsme schopni tam naleznout n\u011bjakou inspiraci pro zm\u011bnu na\u0161eho \u017eivota nebo naleznou to, k\u00fdm bychom m\u011bli p\u0159ed Bohem b\u00fdt a co od n\u00e1s On o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dosah dne\u0161n\u00edch \u010dten\u00ed jsem si uv\u011bdomil pr\u00e1v\u011b koncem minul\u00e9ho t\u00fddne, kdy padl definitivn\u00ed rozsudek nad otcem Karlem Ho\u0159\u00e1kem, kter\u00fd byl pravomocn\u011b odsouzen za \u201c\u00fadajn\u00fd sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fatok\u201d na nezletilou. To slovo \u201cudajn\u00e9\u201d p\u00ed\u0161u a vyslovuji z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b v uvozovk\u00e1ch, proto\u017ee nev\u011b\u0159\u00edm d\u016fkaz\u016fm, kter\u00fdm uv\u011b\u0159il onen soudce. Jsem detailn\u011b obezn\u00e1men s cel\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edpadem, byl jsem \u00fa\u010dasten i na n\u011bkolika soudn\u00edch p\u0159el\u00ed\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 si nezadaly s atmosf\u00e9rou kace\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed katolick\u00e9 c\u00edrkve za dob komunismu. Ale rozum\u00edm tomu, \u017ee dnes je spole\u010densk\u00e1 popt\u00e1vka uk\u00e1zat tvrdou ruku sm\u011brem k c\u00edrkvi a uk\u00e1zat, \u017ee my jako c\u00edrkev <em>\u201ck\u00e1\u017eem vodu, ale pijeme v\u00edno\u201d. <\/em>Ale je nutn\u00e9 p\u0159iznat, \u017ee kolikr\u00e1t v minulosti pr\u00e1v\u011b c\u00edrkev sv\u00fdm chov\u00e1n\u00edm nahnala a i dnes nah\u00e1n\u00ed vodu na ml\u00fdn soudu sekul\u00e1rn\u00edho sv\u011bta. A ten tentokr\u00e1t semlel podle m\u011b zcela neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u011b a ne\u0161\u0165astn\u011b otce Karla. Aby nebylo pochyb, jsem pro co nejtvrd\u0161\u00ed potrest\u00e1n\u00ed jak\u00e9hokoliv n\u00e1sil\u00ed na bezbrann\u00fdch ob\u011btech. Ale tento p\u0159\u00edpad nem\u00e1 jen jednu ob\u011b\u0165. Tou druhou ob\u011bt\u00ed je otec Karel. Tu\u0161\u00edm, kdo za t\u00edm stoj\u00ed, kdo zni\u010dil t\u011bmto dv\u011bma lidem \u017eivot, ale sv\u011btsk\u00fd soud rozhodl tak, jak rozhodl. A n\u00e1m nezb\u00fdv\u00e1 ne\u017e to vz\u00edt na v\u011bdom\u00ed a sm\u00ed\u0159it se s t\u00edm. S \u010d\u00edm se ale nelze sm\u00ed\u0159it, jsou reakce lid\u00ed a to i k\u0159es\u0165an\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed o p\u0159\u00edpadu netu\u0161\u00ed zhola nic, ale to jim nebr\u00e1n\u00ed, aby se na z\u00e1klad\u011b bombastickk\u00fdch internetov\u00fdch titulk\u016f stali novodob\u00fdmi inkvizitory, kte\u0159\u00ed sv\u00e9 slova pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ke kamenov\u00e1n\u00ed. A z ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed reakce c\u00edrkve je mi smutno na du\u0161i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dne\u0161n\u00ed Bo\u017e\u00ed slovo n\u00e1m tak stav\u00ed p\u0159ed o\u010di dva velmi podobn\u00e9 obrazy. V prvn\u00edm \u010dten\u00ed stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed soudem Zuzana, nevinn\u00e1 \u017eena, kterou cht\u011bj\u00ed zni\u010dit zka\u017een\u00ed soudci. V evangeliu stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed davem \u017eena p\u0159isti\u017een\u00e1 p\u0159i h\u0159\u00edchu. V obou p\u0159\u00edpadech je tu \u017eena, \u010dlov\u011bk, postaven\u00fd doprost\u0159ed, vystaven\u00fd nen\u00e1vistn\u00fdm pohled\u016fm druh\u00fdch, odsouzen\u00fd lidsk\u00fdm soudem. To je pro mne pr\u00e1v\u011b ten siln\u00fd moment t\u011bchto dn\u00ed. Kdy vid\u00edme, jak si lid\u00e9 velmi rychle vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed rozsudky. Velmi rychle za\u0159azuj\u00ed, ozna\u010duj\u00ed, odsuzuj\u00ed. Sta\u010d\u00ed obvin\u011bn\u00ed, sta\u010d\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 ostuda, sta\u010d\u00ed, aby se n\u011bkdo ocitl <em>\u201euprost\u0159ed\u201c<\/em>, a u\u017e se na n\u011bj sype vina, pohrd\u00e1n\u00ed a tvrdosti ani\u017e by v\u016fbec tu\u0161il, kde je pravda nebo alespo\u0148 se ji pokou\u0161eli hledat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tak mi v p\u00e1tek, den po soudu, p\u0159ist\u00e1l odkaz na facebookov\u00fd profil k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9ho aktivisty, exorcisty, kter\u00e9mu v\u00e9vodila v\u011bta: <em>\u201cD\u011bcka hl\u00e1s\u00edm z\u00e1sek!&nbsp; Intervenoval jsem a&#8230;pan&nbsp; ministr spravedlnosti to hned poslal k prov\u011b\u0159eni na odbor dohledu \ud83e\udd73\ud83e\udd73\ud83e\udd73\u201d aby byla podm\u00ednka zm\u011bn\u011bna na trest v\u011bzen\u00ed. <\/em>A n\u00e1sledn\u011b se tam objevil n\u00e1vrh trestn\u00edho dekretu, se kter\u00fdm onen k\u0159es\u0165an \u00fadajn\u011b jel za otcem acibiskupem, aby ho podepsal a t\u00edm vykonal i duchovn\u00ed popravu otce Karla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To \u017ee sv\u011btsk\u00fd soud soud\u00ed a vyn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed rozsudky na z\u00e1klad\u011b d\u016fkladn\u00e9ho sezn\u00e1men\u00ed se s cel\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edpadem je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed stav. I kdy\u017e nemus\u00edme souhlasit s t\u00edm, kter\u00e9 d\u016fkazy uznal jako relevantn\u00ed a kter\u00e9 hodil pod st\u016fl. Takov\u00e1 je realita tohoto sv\u011bta. Co je ale pro m\u011b nepochopiteln\u00e9, je to vyn\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed soud\u016f lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u016fbec nic netu\u0161\u00ed o cel\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpadu a soud\u00ed podle lacin\u00fdch titulk\u016f z internetu. A je to o to smutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee lid\u00e9 kte\u0159\u00ed se identifikuj\u00ed jako k\u0159es\u0165an\u0161t\u00ed aktivist\u00e9 jsou n\u011b\u010deho takov\u00e9ho schopni.&nbsp; Pokl\u00e1d\u00e1m si ot\u00e1zku kdo je jejich b\u016fh? Je to ten sam\u00fd B\u016fh, kter\u00fd \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u201cNesu\u010fte, abyste nebyli souzeni\u201d? Ten milosrdn\u00fd B\u016fh Otec, kter\u00e9mu v katolick\u00e9 c\u00edrkvi slou\u017e\u00edm i j\u00e1 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tak nejen dne\u0161n\u00ed liturgie, ale i tato ud\u00e1lost n\u00e1m ukazuj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u011bc: <em>\u201c\u010dlov\u011bk soud\u00ed podle zd\u00e1n\u00ed, ale jen B\u016fh vid\u00ed do srdce. \u201c <\/em>A tam, kde jako lid\u00e9 nejrychleji sah\u00e1me po kameni, bychom m\u011bli m\u00edt p\u0159ed o\u010dima Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e a jednat jinak. Nepodl\u00e9hat pocitu hr\u00e1t si na Boha, jako onen aktivista a ostatn\u00ed soudci z lidu.&nbsp; Sp\u00ed\u0161e s pohledem na dne\u0161n\u00ed evangelium b\u00fdt pokorn\u00fdmi a dok\u00e1zat m\u00edt odvahu uv\u011bdomovat si i sv\u00e9 h\u0159\u00edchy, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m ml\u010dky Kristus prstem p\u00ed\u0161e do prachu zem\u011b. Aby n\u00e1m sv\u00fdm ml\u010den\u00edm dal \u010das si je z prachu zem\u011b p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst a uv\u011bdomit si je. Abychom n\u00e1sledn\u011b i my dok\u00e1zali ml\u010det ve chv\u00edl\u00edch, kdy n\u00e1s na\u0161e lidsk\u00e1 p\u00fdcha nut\u00ed vy\u0159knout soudy, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m nep\u0159\u00edslu\u0161\u00ed. A i to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt na\u0161\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed inspirac\u00ed a to nejenom v dob\u011b p\u016fstu.
